Get Fit with Brit group sessions are designed to get you moving in a relaxed environment. Sessions are fun, challenging but suitable for all levels and abilities! Sessions are an hour long, with a steady warm up, glute & core activation to reduce lower back pain and injuries, whole body workout, with a quick cool down/stretch to finish.

Sessions can be a mix of weight training and circuit training but I can't emphasis enough that all sessions are suitable for anyone regardless of your fitness level!
