PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions work slightly differently to group sessions. With a personal training package, you receive a personalised programme based on your specific goals. Programmes will be adjusted based on your progress.

Programmes include:​

  • Stat tracking: we take measurements and progress photos

  • Nutritional advice including shopping lists, food lists & meal ideas

  • 24 hour support

  • Individual session plan; workouts for outside PT session

  • Shopping trip to your local shop: I go through a ‘healthy food shop’ with you

This package allows for 1 1:1 personal training session per week. Session will include a warm up, glute activation, a whole body workout and a cool down.

1:1 X2 PT SESSIONS P/W

This package allows for 2 1:1 personal training session per week. Session will include a warm up, glute activation, a whole body workout and a cool down.

1:1 X3 PT SESSIONS P/W

£414

This package allows for 3 1:1 personal training session per week. Session will include a warm up, glute activation, a whole body workout and a cool down.
