When I first went for a trial at Cupcakes and Barbells, I was nervous. I hadn’t done exercise for ages and gained alot of weight and just wasn't comfortable. I wanted a PT but couldn't afford that. I found Cupcakes and Barbells, a small ladies only group, which worked out more affordable and also great to meet others in the same boat as I. 

I started off with once a week and within a couple sessions I was feeling great! Britt personalised any sessions to suit where I had strengths and where I didn't. After a few months of going twice a week and following their nutrition plan, the weight was going down and body was changing shape. The small group sessions are great for helping each other and empowering each others success!!  Highly recommend!
